Services & Interventions
Tailored support designed to address your issues with loss of staff
Staff turnover and sickness absence as a design issue
Three themes consistently sit at the centre of this:
Fatigue Management
Chronic cognitive overload, constant availability, poor recovery, and high-pressure environments reduce concentration, judgement, creativity, and resilience across teams and leadership.
Burnout
A signal that pressure, workload, expectations, and recovery are out of balance. Burnout impacts retention, performance, decision quality, and organisational risk long before people leave
Together, these themes shape how people experience work and ultimately influence whether they stay, disengage, or leave.
Founded by Georgia Hodkinson, the work focuses on helping organisations uncover where these patterns are emerging, what they are costing, and how to design healthier, more sustainable systems of work.
Georgia's PsyWork

AI, Human Factors & Organisational Psychology
Georgia's PsyWork is collaborating with Neil Chester of Elvorta on work exploring the intersection of AI, organisational psychology, and human factors. Their focus is on helping organisations implement AI in ways that are ethical, human-centred, and psychologically sustainable. Together, they are exploring themes including human judgement and decision ownership in AI-supported environments, trust and resistance to AI adoption, automation bias, the impact of AI on identity and expertise, and the design of organisational systems where AI supports rather than replaces human accountability. Their work combines occupational psychology, human factors, and practical organisational insight to help businesses adopt AI without losing clarity, trust, or human responsibility in decision-making.
